What We're Looking For

Mechanical Design Positions

For Mechanical Design positions, candidates should possess:

• Experience in Heavy Equipment and Structural Design
• Proficiency in Conceptualization and Detail Engineering
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes including welding, machining, casting, and forging
• Skill in Basic Engineering Calculations and material selection
• Familiarity with DFA (Design for Assembly) / DFM (Design for Manufacturing) / DFS (Design for Service)
• Exposure to FMEA and Other Design Quality Tools
• Experience in PLM Environments and interpreting FEA Reports
• Capability for Innovation and Technology Enhancement

Electrical Design Positions

Candidates applying for Electrical Design positions should have:

• Proven experience in a similar Engineering Environment
• Expertise in E3 ZUKEN/ AutoCAD Software for electrical schematic design
• Knowledge of Cable Design & Wire Harness Drawing
• Command over Sizing & Selection of Switchgears & Cables
• Understanding of VFD Selection and wiring parameters
• Familiarity with Engine Wirings & Electrifications
• Experience in Testing & Inspection of Electrical & Instrumentation Systems
• Know-how in Automation and designing Instrumentation accordingly
• Knowledge of IEC & UL Standards

Software Competencies

Candidates are expected to be proficient in 3D designing software, preferably Unigraphics (NX), AutoCAD, Creo, and E3 ZUKEN, along with familiarity with MS Office suite.

Applicants should hold a B.Tech/Diploma in Engineering.
