We are continuously looking for colleagues to join us in powering the solution as we aim to create a more sustainable future. We strive to make the hiring process a positive and professional experience for everyone, regardless of the outcome. To prepare you in the best possible way and to provide you with all the necessary information, we have outlined the different steps in our recruitment process below.

Once you have found the right match for you, you need to prepare your CV and cover letter based on the job ad in question. 


Your CV and cover letter are submitted to our recruitment system online by clicking “Apply now” in the job ad. All our job openings can be found here. Once you have applied, you will receive a confirmation email through the email address you have provided.


If you do not receive the confirmation email within a few minutes after your registration, please check your spam folder. If the confirmation email has been delivered to your spam folder please mark it ‘Not spam’, which should allow any future messages to be sent directly to your inbox.


3. Screening

After the application deadline, the recruitment team shortlists candidates who might be invited to complete a video assessment interview via HireVue On Demand. This tool allows us to screen our candidates consistently and reduce hiring bias. The team may also choose to conduct screening interviews by phone. If so, this will be performed by the recruiter or the sourcer. If we find your profile suitable for the role, we will invite you to participate in an interview, either physically or online.


We provide all our candidates with the outcome of their application as soon as possible. If you are not among the shortlisted candidates, we will let you know. 


4. Interview

If you are invited for an interview, it means that we are impressed with your profile and consider you a potential match for the position.


Your experience of the interview is important to us. Therefore, to ensure that you are provided with all the information you need, the interview always includes an introduction to Vestas as well as thorough insights to the potential role and department you are interviewing for. The interview is also intended to allow us to get to know each other, both in terms of professional skills and personal traits.


The interview will most likely be with the hiring manager and the recruiter and will be focus.
