Main Objectives of MPSEDC
To Promote, Establish and Develop Information Technology (IT) / Information Technology Enabled Services (ITeS) & Electronics (EHM / ESDM) Industries in the State of Madhya Pradesh.
To promote use of IT and ITES in various Departments, Corporations, Companies, Societies, Boards etc. of Government of Madhya Pradesh. The scope would include Consultancy, Software Development, Hardware/Software procurement, Training, Testing, Networking, and development of specified areas as Hardware and Software Technology Parks. The Corporation shall also involve itself in emerging areas in the field of Information Technology.
Presently MPSEDC have been entrusted with the responsibility as nodal agency for implementation of various prestigious IT projects of GOI & GOMP in Madhya Pradesh viz Development of IT PARKS, EMCs, Infrastructure Development for SWAN, SDC, PARICHAI, e-Office, Aadhaar etc. which are in progress.
Mission of MPSEDC
To bring overall perceived improvement in delivery of government services through e-governance and bring IT Industries in the State of Madhya Pradesh by:
- Attracting IT Industry in the state of Madhya Pradesh: The IT industry grew in tier I cities Due to congestion and infrastructural problems it has started looking at tier II cities for expanding operation and reducing cost. we intend to capitalise on this development and promote investment in Indore, Gwalior, Bhopal and Jabalpur.
- Developing Common Infrastructure such as State Wide Area Network [SWAN], State Data Centre, so that all the departments are able to utilize these services without bothering about the maintenance of these complex facilities to bring e-Governance services at the door step of the common citizen.
- Providing IT solution to Govt Departments-including IT Consultancy, Software, Hardware, Networking and System Integration services.
- To create brand Madhya Pradesh.
- To function as InfoTech Engine of the State thereby encourage Information Technology related activities and innovations in the state.
- To propagate IT investment policy of the State.
- To implement IT and ESDM projects on PPP model.
- To provide IT & mobile based applications solutions delivering citizen centric services.
- To empower & facilitate Government organizations/departments/agencies by providing IT inputs/solutions and to assist them in computerisation and networking.
- To provide Consultancy Services to the Government organizations/departments/agencies and to charge for the service, if necessitates.
- To undertake all works related to the promotion of Information Education & Communication and Usage of Information Technology (IT), Information Technology enabled Services (ITeS), Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Electronics in the State.
- To co-ordinate with investors and industry, trade organizations and financial institutions in public and private sector so as to promote growth in the IT sector.
- To use IT for Good Governance.
- To work as IT consultant of the state.
- To facilitate Skill Gap Training.
- To facilitate use of Hindi language in IT related projects.
- To ensure ready to use Workable Human Resource in the field of IT in the Government.
- To undertake any other function(s) as may be assigned by the State Government.

- अभ्यर्थियों का एमपी ई-सर्विसेज पोर्टल पर मूल पंजीकरण करना अनिवार्य है। केवल एमपी ई-सर्विसेज पोर्टल द्वारा अभ्यर्थियों को दिए गए लिंक https://services.mp.gov.in/eservice/ के माध्यम से ही आवेदन करना होगा।
- अभ्यर्थी को ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना ही अनिवार्य है। हार्ड कॉपी के माध्यम से कोई भी आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं किये जाएँगे। कोई भी जानकारी न दिए जाने पर अथवा अधूरी जानकारी दिए जाने पर आवेदन को अपूर्ण मानकर निरस्त किया जायेगा।
- अभ्यर्थी ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने से पहले पदों के विवरण के अनुरूप जांच कर स्वयं सुनिश्चित कर ले एवं अहर्ता की स्थिति से पूर्णतया संतुष्ट होने पर ही वे आवेदन पत्र भरे। केवल तभी आवेदन करें जब आप आवश्यक सभी मापदंड को पूरा करते हों। यदि अभ्यर्थी द्वारा दी गई, कोई भी जानकारी, किसी भी स्तर पर गलत पाई जाती है, तो उसका आवेदन बिना कोई सूचना दिए निरस्त कर उसकी अभ्यर्थिता समाप्त कर दी जायेगी।
- ऑनलाइन आवेदन के लिए अपलोड किये जाने हेतु अभ्यर्थी का नवीनतम फोटोग्राफ (size: 35mm X 45mm) होना चाहिए । फोटोग्राफ़ अपलोड करने हेतु साइज़ 2 MB से अधिक नहीं होना चाहिए।
- काउंसलिंग/जिले में पदभार ग्रहण करने के समय अभ्यर्थी को आवेदित पदों से संबंधित आवश्यक समस्त दस्तावेज, जो भी संबंधित पद की अहर्ता के लिए आवश्यक है, वे मूल दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत करना अनिवार्य होगा |
- आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग के अभ्यार्थियों के पास ईडब्लूएस (EWS) प्रमाण पत्र नहीं होने पर उन अभ्यार्थियों को अनारक्षित वर्ग का मानकर चयन प्रक्रिया लागू की जायेगी ।
- दस्तावेज सत्यापन के उपरांत सभी अर्हताएँ सही पाये जाने पर ही वास्तविक पदस्थापना आदेश जारी किया जाएगा। समस्त दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत न करने या दस्तावेज असत्य पाये जाने पर आवेदक की उम्मीदवारी अमान्य कर दी जावेगी |

ऐसे अभ्यर्थी को आपराधिक अभियोजन के लिए दोषी ठहराया जायेगा:
- जिन्होंने फर्जी दस्तावेज या ऐसी दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत किये हो जिनमे फेरबदल किया हो, या
- पररूप धारण (Impersonation) किया हो या किसी भी व्यक्ति से पररूप धारण कराया हो, या
- चयन के किसी भी स्तर (Stage) पर असत्य जानकारी दी हो या सारभूत जानकारी छिपायी हो, या अनुचित साधनों का उपयोग किया हो या करने का प्रयास किया हो
- विज्ञप्ति में लिखित शर्ते महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश / जानकारी आदि के निर्वचन का अधिकार प्रबंध संचालक, म.प्र.राज्य इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स विकास निगम लिमिटेड का रहेगा एवं इस संबंध में किसी अभ्यर्थी के द्वारा प्रस्तुत अभ्यावेदन मान्य नहीं किया जायेगा एवं प्रबंध संचालक, म.प्र.राज्य इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स विकास निगम लिमिटेड द्वारा लिया गया निर्णय अंतिम तथा अभ्यर्थी पर बंधनकारी होगा।
