Job Description:

Assure the quality of all documents, Spare parts catalogue, technicians & industrialize it etc… realized by the teams.

Organizes & supervise the teams, creation activities, reserve of work in AGILE mode

Manage with Bobst Mex Team Leader the methodologies and tools related to the DMS and SPM activities (office and 3DX and Composer, SAP, etc.…)

Coordinate with multiple Bobst RD&E sites for supporting the requests.

Team leadership for hiring & managing skilled staff for various activities

Assure the quality of all documents, Spare parts catalogue, technicians & industrialize it etc…

Competency development, KPIs & Performance management of the teams

Provides support for related software tools

Critical Skills

Expertise in the Microsoft Office, Word editor

Expertise in SAP

Good software tools knowledge, Catia V5-6 3DX and Composer for DMS

Good knowledge of various departments Sales, R&D, BU-SV, CPM

Feel comfortable exchanging directly with worldwide organization to get the required information

Good drafting skills in English.

Good understanding of technical drawings

Technical knowledge of commercially purchased components
