AEM Consultant

Design and develop using AEM capabilities and integrate with various e-commerce technologies

Work you’ll do

  • Responsible for solution implementation, non-functional requirements adherence, and quality
  • Own team for technology implementation of the solution
  • Help team in setting up quality processes like static code analyzers, code review tools; adhere team to use design principles, design patterns, technology trends, coding trends, best coding practices
  • Specify and implement non-functional requirements like performance, scalability, availability along with taking care of 3rd party integrations to Adobe AEM solution
  • Lead the technology evaluation, scalability analysis and tool selection
  • Develop and maintain contact with decision makers at key clients; manage day to day interactions with clients and sponsors
  • Collaborate with other architects to define and gain adoption of clean, well-designed contracts and best practices across the entire portfolio
  • Understand business requirements and validate technical feasibility for each of the requirements
  • Submit proposals arounds Web Content Management, Portal solutions
  • Develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop "point of view" documents; participate in public speaking events
  • Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment

Professionals will serve our clients through the following types of work:

·       Digital Customer | delivers sales and service strategies and plans, operating model definition, incentive design and implementation, and operations support for digitally-enabled sales, channel, and customer service capabilities

·       Digital Experience | creates engaging omni-channel digital experiences across web, mobile, AR/VR, voice, gesture, IoT, and video

·       Flexible Consumption | the commercial strategy, operating model definition, and capability delivery of subscription/flexible consumption business models

·       Digital Foundry | a flexible, end-to-end delivery model emphasizing innovation and disruption

·       DigitalMix | an integrated set of platforms to enable business re-platforming

Qualifications

·       Professional Qualification - B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS/Other Graduation

·       Minimum ‘2 to 3’ years of experience working on Adobe Experience Manager. Other modules experience would be added plus with knowledge of Analytics, Campaign etc (optional).

Have an excellent understanding of the AEM platform which includes Digital Asset Management.

Have Knowledge of Agile – Scrum Basics

Worked on at least 2 to 4 AEM Implementation projects in the experience

Have experience working with offshore and onshore teams.

Should have basic knowledge of testing lifecycle management.

Knowledge of Defect Management, Test Scenarios Development, Review Process, UAT Process and its deliverables.

Work with client business owners & stakeholders to develop stories, executing testing, define test scenarios, test cases and assist in overall functional activities of the project

Should know the process of breaking up requirements into stories with the acceptance criteria covering all the required scenarios and ensuring to have stories independent.

Work with onshore and offshore BA / Functional Consultant to help in writing acceptance criteria and scenarios for the stories.

Work with technical consultants and testing team to assist them in clarifying doubts and queries on the stories and requirements.

Assist in different phases of project like SIT and UAT. Help in data creation for User Acceptance Testing

Should be flexible enough to play different roles as BA / Functional Consultant and QA

Experience with Agile Scrum Backlog Management systems such as RallyDev, Jira

Good Analytical & problem-solving skills and communication skills

Ability to effectively collaborate in a team environment. Should be a team player and passionate of the functional tasks.

Nice to have

Development or Testing experience a plus

Exposure to AEM technical knowledge would be an advantage
